How good is Rugby League

As the title says, How good is rugby league at the moment? Apart from the continual off field problems the rugby league being played is great to watch. It is especially exciting considering we are getting to the pointy end of the season and there are still many teams that could take out the title. My predictions for the resat of the year are as follows.
Top 8
Dragons
Dogs
Titans
Storm
Eels
Manly
Tigers
Knights

Dally M
Soward

Top Tries
Tuiaki

Points
Hazem el Grub

Grand Final
Dogs Vs Manly-Winner Dogs

  1. Totally agree with how good the League is at the moment, I think whoever looses tonight wont make the Top 8, especially Parra with there last 2 games: Panthers, Dragons.

    Top 8:

    Dragons
    Bulldogs
    Titans
    Storm
    Sea Eagles
    Knights
    Broncos
    Eels

Grand Final: Dragons Vs Sea Eagles.

Id love to see the Titans there but dont think they are playing well enough, regardless I will be cheering them home. I think Parra if they can get into the finals can go all the way, but Im not sure if they will get there, if they loose tonight its all over for them. Tigers have a tough run home and I think they will loose in the next 3 weeks and that will ruin their chances. Id love to see both Parra and Tigers there but I feel the Broncos turned the corner last week. And the Broncos apart from this weekend Vs the Dragons have a good run home with Cowboys who are inconsistant and Raiders which they should win.

Anyone outside the Top 5 historically doesnt win the comp so it is essentially between Dragons, Dogs, Titans, Storm, Manly and the table is reflective of that at the moment. Any of those 5 can win it, however the Titans and Storm are definatley the outsiders of that group. I cant split the other 3. Great Finals series ahead, the most open in the past 5 years at least.

  2. As a wide an open comp as we've seen in many a year. With St george starting to cough and splutter and the egos of Sailor and Dickhead Boyd taking a battering last weekend, the comp is again anyones. The Bulldogs arent doing anything special but keep winning consistently, Melbourne are pretty poor this year but can string a few games together when needed in the finals I'm sure, as can Manly, particularly with the rapist making a comeback this weekend.

Parra are obviously massive darkhorses, obviously with the Human Head Jarryd Hayne killing it at the moment, but hopefully The Riff end their season this weekend and sneak into the finals themselves.

    My 8 is:
    Dogs
    Dragons
    Titans
    Storm
    Manly
    Riff
    Broncos
    Parra

    Lottery for GF
