Why do we need the golden point? What’s wrong with a hard fought draw?

Agreed Sledge30. A draw in this game, and every game that ends tied up after 80 deserves a point each. The unlucky losers in these diabolical shoot outs undeservedly get zip which is farcical

ReplyDeleteI am a fan of the golden point. I think it adds excitement and I don't mind watch the panic and heartache of a golden point game.
It should be golden Try! That would make it more exciting with the ball getting thrown around and not just setting for a drop goal.
