Stuart can't coach!

I must say it is great to see that Cronulla is falling apart and Ricky Stuart cant do anything to stop it. I was a great Ricky Stuart fan through his Raiders, NSW and Kangaroos days, but as a coach he is a non talented punce with less personality than Wayne Bennett. Sure he can jump up and down the sideline every now and then when things are going well, but he is overly boring and a massive whinger most of the time. He has always seemed to turn very good teams into also rans within a matter of years which it currently looks like he might do with that rabble he has right now. Only Ricky Stuart could have let Australia lose the last world cup to NZ!
I hope I am not proven wrong if Cronulla pull off a miracle and win the comp but I am very doubtful about that with the current players and coaching staff!

  1. I commented to many after their Round 1 'victory' over a terrible Penrith that the Sharks would have a long year. They had everyone on deck, played putridly, relied too heavily on Barrett which we have seen fail previously for the Dragons, lost their only real attacking player in Kearney for the year and biscuit boy Ross (who is ridiculously on $400k a year still!) for the rest of the year AGAIN, and have most probably the biggest grub in the game captaining them! What a leader. Once everyone's second team, now play the most boring style of footy and are destined for the spoon if Penriff and the Tigers can keep winning the odd few. I LOVE seeing Stuart struggle. Fucking whinger!

  2. did you just say that Ben Ross is on $400 k? Even if he was actually playing, that is the worst contract in NRL history

  3. Correct. As a sign of 'thanks' to the club for their loyalty to him, he was thinking of donating some of it back to the Sharks. No wonder they are on the brink of bankrupcy. Penrith on the other hand bought their best signing in history with Ross' money in the purchasing of Civoneceva. God knows where we'd be without his presence the last couple of seasons!!

  4. An average coach in charge of a very average team. There's nothing better than hearing a person from "The Shire" getting excited about their team scraping into 10th. Surely no other supporter accept mediocrity like Sharks fans.
